SECTION 01

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ckk platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and any other features made available through ckk.today ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and ckk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser or connection type used to access ckk.today. ckk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the ckk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Gambling by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited on ckk.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are permitted for your personal use. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting as a private individual on your own behalf and are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party or a business entity.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the ckk Platform or any related service, and your account has not previously been closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered or employed by ckk or any of its affiliated entities, and are not a close family member of any such person, in a capacity that may provide an advantage in gambling activities on the Platform.

ckk reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any time. If a player is found to be underage or otherwise ineligible, all games played during that period will be voided, deposits returned where practicable, and the account permanently closed. Winnings accrued during an ineligible period will be forfeited in full.

SECTION 03

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the ckk Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading personal details is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your account details with any other person.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ckk support immediately via live chat at ckk.today and change your password without delay.
• ckk is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials or has shared them with a third party.
• ckk reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including at the time of withdrawal. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended pending resolution.

ckk employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all account interactions, including login, deposits and withdrawals. OTP-based verification is applied to all login sessions to protect account integrity. It is your responsibility to ensure you log out of your account on shared or public devices.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ckk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform. All financial transactions on ckk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 across all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by ckk, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposit Processing: All deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your ckk wallet instantly upon confirmation. Card-based deposits may take up to 10 minutes to reflect. ckk does not charge fees on deposits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ckk reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours or pending KYC verification may take longer.
• Restricted Transactions: ckk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited from an account not belonging to the registered player will be returned and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

ckk is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by the player's mobile wallet provider, bank, or card issuer. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team via live chat before initiating a second transaction, as duplicate deposits cannot always be reversed.

SECTION 05

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ckk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the account registration process and, where applicable, identity verification. Bonuses offered to new players cannot be claimed by existing account holders.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each offer.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets and certain slots may have different contribution rates.
• ckk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend the terms of any promotion with reasonable notice, and to withhold or reverse bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of errors.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering requirements that remain outstanding at the end of the validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

SECTION 06

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ckk Platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform or assisting any other person to do so for the purpose of circumventing any restriction or obtaining additional bonuses.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including the use of betting automation tools in sports markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including pre-arranging outcomes in poker or live dealer games, or sharing hand information during active play.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, theft or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to exploit errors, system bugs or technical malfunctions in any game or payment process for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity.

Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive or discriminatory communication directed at ckk staff or other platform users, whether through live chat, any on-platform messaging feature, or any other channel.

SECTION 07

Responsible Gaming

ckk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem. ckk provides the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after the request.
• Session Time-Out: Players may activate a session time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which account login will be disabled. Time-outs cannot be reversed before their expiry.

SECTION 08

Account Suspension and Termination

ckk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 06.
• ckk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct in connection with the player's account.
• The player has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by ckk.
• ckk is required to take such action in order to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements or directives from relevant authorities.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ckk will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the player. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. ckk will notify the player of the closure and the reason, where it is legally permissible to do so.

SECTION 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the ckk Platform, including but not limited to the ckk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to ckk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ckk. Any unauthorised use of ckk intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the user to civil or criminal liability.

SECTION 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckk's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall be limited as follows:

• ckk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.
• ckk is not liable for service interruptions, system outages, technical errors, or any failure to provide the Platform caused by circumstances beyond ckk's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service failures, natural events, or regulatory interventions.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ckk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 11

Privacy and Data Protection

ckk collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ckk does not sell, rent or share personal player data with third parties for marketing purposes. Player data is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention and customer support. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. ckk's decisions on matters relating to gameplay, game results, bonus eligibility and account status are final, subject only to manifest error.
